Prepare the Package
Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
